Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. How to Return
Simple return process:

  1. Log in to your account at GreenToysSale.com
  2. Navigate to “Order History”
  3. Select the item(s) for return
  4. Complete the return request form
  5. Print the prepaid return label (where applicable)

3. Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using trackable shipping methods

4. Refund Processing

  • Allow 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Processing time may vary by financial institution

5. Exchanges
For exchanges:

  1. Return the original item following our standard process
  2. Place a new order at GreenToysSale.com

6. Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage
  3. We’ll arrange replacement or refund

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened hygiene/safety items
  • Personalized/custom products
  • Final sale items (clearly marked)

8. International Returns
For orders outside the U.S.:

  • Customer responsible for return shipping
  • Mark package as “Returned Goods”
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable

9. Return Status
Track your return:

  • Through your GreenToysSale.com account
  • Using carrier tracking information

10. Important Notes

  • Returns without authorization may delay processing
  • We reserve right to refuse non-compliant returns
  • Refunds may take 7-14 days to appear in your account
